Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or design, we will gladly process an exchange within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase.
Customers should contact shop@huxleyandcrew.com to arrange an exchange. Once approved, customers are responsible for return postage. Item must be sent back to 2555 S Santa Fe Dr, Unit F03, Denver, CO 80223 and must be received in as new and unworn condition prior to the exchange item being shipped back to the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the original product to us and we suggest using a postage or courier service with tracking.
Once received and inspected, we will arrange the replacement item to be sent to you.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any customized items such as items with embroidery, made to order sizing, custom designs or other custom items are not exchangeable.
Damaged Goods
If you receive your goods in a damaged condition or a condition not up to your standards, please take photos of the item and contact us within 5 days of receipt of the goods via shop@huxleyandcrew.com. We will assess the issue and if approved, will either replace the damaged items(s) at our cost or offer a full refund.
